DeFi와 블록체인 인프라에서 6년 이상. 23 Labs에서 Initia 토큰 에어드랍과 브릿지를, PiLab에서 Pockie 지갑을, Ozys에서 Celo·Stacks 연동을 담당했습니다. 최근에는 비트코인 트레이딩 전략을 자동으로 생성·검증하는 시스템 AutoResearch를 혼자 기획하고 개발했습니다.

PM at 23 Labs from testnet through mainnet. Designed the $INIT airdrop (30,000+ recipients, 50M tokens), grew bridge routes from ~30 to 200+, and shipped an account-abstraction wallet.

- Designed the full airdrop architecture: recipient groups segmented by on-chain behavior, eligibility verification via Merkle-tree address hashing.

Bridge infrastructure
- Expanded bridge routes from ~30 to 200+, working directly with ICF and LayerZero.
- Introduced third-party swap routing and OP bridge messaging as new bridging primitives.
- Consolidated bridge and wallet into one product at app.initia.xyz.
Ghost Wallet
- Conceived and shipped an account-abstraction intermediary wallet to cut onboarding friction; ran alpha and beta cycles with 20+ users.

- 에어드랍 전체 구조 설계: 온체인 행동 기준으로 수령 그룹 세분화, Merkle tree 주소 해싱 기반 자격 검증.

소개
How I work일하는 방식
BD and product are the same job to me: find out what a partner or user actually needs, then ship the thing that makes saying yes easy. I've done this on both sides — closing integrations as the outside party at Ozys and Node A-Team, then owning the product that partners integrate with at 23 Labs.
I build with AI agents daily. AutoResearch is 153 modules and 122 test files, written largely by directing Claude and Codex — the value I add is deciding what to measure, what to reject, and what "done" means.
